Students who have applied for and are eligible to receive educational benefits through the Veterans Administration are required to notify the VA Certifying Official at Nyack College (Evangeline Couchey: 646-378-6119 or A current COE (Certificate of Eligibility) received from the VA must be faxed (845-353-1297) or scanned and emailed to serve as the official notification to initiate both a Nyack College veteran file and an electronic VA file.  Student semester enrollments are assessed and certified electronically beginning with the day after the end of the Add/Drop period of a semester.  Semester schedules are finalized after Add/Drop.

Enrollment Certifications can take between 4 to 6 weeks to be processed by the VA.
