A Taste of Nyack Cookbook

The Office of Alumni Relations at Nyack College & Alliance Theological Seminary is proud to publish this new edition of “A Taste of Nyack.” Our updated version of “A Taste of Nyack” introduces a new generation of cooks carrying on the legacy of Nyack’s community of creative and resourceful chefs. You’ll find many of the popular dishes shared over the decades by faculty, staff and their spouses. The authenticity of these recipes has been maintained by including the listing of ingredients and measurements printed in the original cookbook. A special thank you to those who contributed and added new favorites to this project.

Bon appetit!

You will receive a confirmation email when the request is completed.

REQUIRED: Please indicate the name of your honoree, whether this gift is “in honor” or “in memory,” their class year or relationship to Nyack, and whether you’d like the honoree to be notified (please provide current contact information).
