Commencement Week Events 2022
Hoodings:
The Hooding Ceremony is a special recognition ceremony for candidates who have earned an advanced degree beyond the bachelor’s degree. The ceremony is a time when individual schools and programs can recognize the individual accomplishments and academic excellence of their graduates. During the ceremony, a faculty member places the hood over the head of the graduate, signifying their success in completing the requirements of the advanced degree. The hooding ceremony is in addition to and does not replace the college-wide commencement ceremony.

Graduates, plan to arrive at 12:00 (noon) to check in with the Registrar’s Office on the Boardwalk.
Student Financial Services will be available in the adjacent Box Office to receive credit card payments before the ceremony begins.
