Rockland County (NY) Reciprocal Borrowing Institutions

Borrowing privileges are available to physical collections from these institutions when presenting a current Alliance University ID.  Privileges and loan periods are determined by the lending library and may vary from those of the borrower’s home institution.

NYPL Library

Any person who lives, works, attends school or pays property taxes in New York State is eligible to receive a New York Public Library card free of charge.  Your library card provides access to the resources and services of all New York Public Library locations in the Bronx, Manhattan and Staten Island.
