Nyack College School of Music Celebrates Beethoven’s 250th Birthday

Music lovers all around the world will be celebrating the 250th birthday of Ludwig Van Beethoven this year. Nyack College School of Music will join in the global music fest with a special performance of Beethoven’s music on Monday, February 24 at 6:00 PM on the Nyack New York City campus located at 2 Washington Street. The event will take place in the Miovski & Mansfield Music Hall, 22nd Floor, Room 2241.

This is the first in a series of Nyack concerts featuring the beloved composer’s works. The Nyack College Chorale and Collegium will be featured. The spotlight will also be on student performers—Adrian Brown, Skylar Brown, Helene Kunz, Mei-Xing Lin and Charles Siegler, who will be joined by faculty musicians—Stephanie Alvarenga, Lars Frandsen, Marie Herseth Kenote, Byung Kook Kwak, Tammy Lum, Clifford Smith, Sue Talley and Margrit Zimmermann.
