Nov 14 | Criminal Justice & Jail Reform Event at Nyack College in NYC

The City of New York’s Correction Officers’ Benevolent Association (COBA), Nyack College and AM970 The Answer have joined forces to present a special event on Wednesday, November 14 from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. on the Manhattan campus of Nyack College located at 2 Washington Street.

The “Criminal Justice & Jail Reform Event” will feature an impressive lineup of panelists including Frank Morano, AM970  host; Elias Husamadeen, COBA president; and Bernie Kerik, former NYPD Commissioner. Among the topics to be discussed are “Closing Rikers,” “The RFK Bailout,” and “Raising the Age.” Bernie Kerik is also a published author who will conduct a book signing during the event. His latest publication is “The Grave Above the Grave” (September 2018). His other books are “From Jailer to Jailed: My Journey from Correction and Police Commissioner to Inmate #84888-054” (2016) and “The Lost Son: A Life in Pursuit of Justice” (2001).
