Don’t miss the chance to get the spotlight on your talent! Prof. Beverley Locke, director of the Nyack Writing Center, and her staff are waiting to review your selections of short stories, poems, photography, artwork, digital media, songs, dance and comedy sketches. Join our students who will also share their creativity with the campus community in The Fine Print and The Fine Print Too, two Nyack platforms for creativity. Submit your work by Thursday, March 19, 2020 for consideration. Submission guidelines are available on The Writing Center website.
First launched in 1968 as The Unicorn, the journal was the platform for showcasing the rich diversity of creative voices on campus. The more than 50-year-old tradition has now expanded with The Fine Print Too which was introduced in November 2019. This new platform will include video and musical compositions from lyricists, rappers, spoken word artists and composers who may submit their lyrics or sheet music with a link to an online portfolio and website.
