February 11 | Nyack Chapel Speaker is VP for College Relations Jeff Quinn

All are welcome to join the Nyack College campus community at today’s chapel service featuring guest speaker, Vice President for College Relations Jeff Quinn. Vice President Quinn is a Nyack College alumnus and has been an employee for nearly 37 years.  He is a member of the President’s Executive Cabinet and the chief development officer for the College and Seminary. In consultation with President Scales, he develops short and long-term plans for fundraising and capital project programs and prepares strategic plans for development related to goals, constituent contacts and strategies to increase donor participation and revenue. He also oversees annual fund support for Nyack and ATS from individuals, corporations and foundations and serves as a corporate representative at public events. He cultivates relationships for gifts from major donors and produces internal and external messaging as the “voice of Nyack” and develops corporate messaging for the Office of President.

Prof. Willana Mack, School of Music

Prof. Mack is a Nyack College alumna, who is also a pioneering faculty member of Nyack’s bachelor’s degree program in gospel music performance. She is a conductor of the School of Music’s touring gospel ensemble, Purpose. She was interviewed on National Public Radio (NPR) in a radio segment, “Now on the Syllabus: Keeping the Faith and Holding a Tune” about the launch of Nyack’s gospel music program. Her television appearances include “Good Morning, America,” “Good Day, New York,” Disney’s Young Musicians Symphony Orchestra Special on ABC television and the 80th Annual Academy Awards Show, performing a nominated song from the film August Rush.
