Dr. Romaine organizes symposium at Art Institute of Chicago

On February 11, 2014, the Art Institute of Chicago will host the symposium “Envisioning the Eucharist: Transcending the Literal in Medieval and Byzantine Art.” This symposium, organized by Dr. James Romaine and the Association of Scholars of Christianity in the History of Art (ASCHA), will included an international roster of scholars. Dr. Romaine, Associate Professor of Art Histiry, is the president of ASCHA.
