Nov. 17 | From Seed to Harvest Seminar for Emerging Entrepreneurs

Nyack College and Alliance Theological Seminary (ATS) alumna, Rev. Donna Baptiste of Donna Baptiste Ministries, Inc. will host “From Seed to Harvest,” a non-profit and business development seminar on Saturday, November 17 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Clarendon Road Church (CRC), 3304 Clarendon Road in Brooklyn, NY. This year’s theme is “Leap Ahead.”

Motivational sessions include ministry by Clarendon Road’s senior pastor Rev. Charles Galbreath (’06 Nyack/’09 ATS alumnus);  the CRC worship team, and Rev. Baptiste. General sessions include level one courses, “From Seed to Harvest,” on establishing a ministry or organization and “Build and Scale,” on organizational development and types of corporations. Level two courses will explore finances and marketing. Breakout sessions include a variety of topics including grant writing, marketing via radio and social media and entrepreneurship.

Rev. Baptiste earned her Master of Divinity at ATS in 1985 and her Master of Science in Organizational Leadership at Nyack College in 2008. She also served as president of the ATS Alumni Association and as a member of the Nyack/ATS Board of Trustees.
