Advancement
The Office of Advancement has a part-time position opening for an Assistant Project Manager. Working 20-25 hours per week, duties and responsibilities include tracking project deadlines and progress on production; assisting with proofing print documents and publications, assisting with supplemental or special in-house mailings; updating campus style guide; following up with vendors on print projects; interfacing with freelancers on meeting deadlines and updates on projects; assisting with editorial support of other campus departments; assisting with fact-checking; assisting with photo research; interfacing with photographers/videographers to coordinate photo or video shoots; processing invoices from print vendors and freelancers; mailing finished pieces (magazines, brochures, etc.) to individuals featured in publications; and maintaining file of sample print pieces (hard and soft copies).

The Department of Modern Languages and Linguistics invites applications for a tenure-track position as an Assistant or Associate professor of Spanish to begin August 2011.
