Student Leadership: Returning to Same Position

If you are currently serving in a leadership position that you would like to serve in again next year, please submit the following materials via email to Erica.lara@nyack.edu by Thursday, February 18, 2010:

Current resume
Cover letter, expressing your interest in the position

Once you have submitted your resume, please see Mia Hernandez in the Student Development office to schedule an appointment for your returning applicant presentation. Returning applicant presentations will take place on Tuesday, March 2 and Wednesday, March 3, 2010.

Presentations will be 20 minutes in length, and should include answers to the following questions:

How have you grown in your current leadership position?
If you are chosen to fulfill this role again next year, what will you continue to do that has been successful for you this year?
If you are chosen to fulfill this role again next year, what will you change or do differently?
How will you continue to stay motivated in this role next year?

Please treat this presentation as seriously as you would any class project or presentation for a job. You are encouraged to use multimedia to support your presentation, including powerpoint or other visual aids.
