The ADULT DEGREE COMPLETION PROGRAM may be best summarized by using the ADCP acronym.

A: It is designed to meet the needs of ADULT students. Classes are scheduled evenings or weekends to accommodate most work schedules. The program's faculty and curriculum are focused on the preferred learning styles of ADULT students. In addition, many ADCP students are able to earn college credit for the learning they have gained from their work and life experience.
D: It is a DEGREE program. The ADCP leads to the completion of the Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management. Our graduates use this DEGREE as a springboard into more competitive positions in many career fields and into a variety of graduate degree programs.
C: It is a COMPLETION program. The ADCP works with students who have already earned a minimum of sixty semester college credits. As a degree COMPLETION program, the ADCP is often the best way for adult students to finish the college work they have begun and finally earn their degrees.
P: It is a full-service educational PROGRAM . ADCP students enjoy the support of an entire college behind them. Students work with qualified faculty members and support professionals who stand ready to assist with student admission, registration, financial aid, and advisement.

- 120 semester credits are required to earn the Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management.
- The accelerated program, designed to meet the needs of adult learners, is comprised of two Phases: a planning phase and an academic phase, and can be completed in as little as 14 months.
