CCCU Alumni Professionals Conference 2005
Join collegues from around the nation for this annual conference for alumni professionals. Whether you're looking for campus or regional programming ideas, solutions to sticky volunteer problems, ways to partner with other campus departments, or money to help pay for it all, this is the conference for you. You'll take home valuable information and meet wonderful people. Join us in New York!
To reserve your place, please register online. You can pay with your credit card or mail a check to Nyack College, Office of Advancement, 1 South Blvd, Nyack NY 10960. Please make checks payable to Nyack College.
Registration fees include 3 nights lodging, all meals, snacks, and program. You will need to pay for whatever excursion you decide to do on Wednesay afternoon and evening.
Air-conditioned, on-campus lodging is available for all attendees. On a first-come, first-served basis, a limited number of private rooms are available.
If you request a private room but all have been reserved, we do have additional private rooms without air-conditioning. Please indicate in the comments section of the registration form if you'd like a private, non air-conditioned room if all others have been reserved.

The New York metropolitan area has three international airports. We recommend that, if possible, you book your flight in and out of Newark (EWR) - to avoid NYC traffic. If you can't get a flight to Newark, try LaGuardia...JFK should be your last choice.
Please schedule your flight around the following shuttle schedule:
Tuesday, July 26
Nyack College vans will leave each of the three main airports, Newark, LaGuardia, JFK at 12:00 pm and again at 4:30 pm.
Friday, July 29
The shuttles to the airport will leave Nyack at 8:00 am and noon (travel time to each airport is approximately one hour, depending on traffic?and in New York, everything depends on traffic!).
July in New York will be hot and humid. Business casual dress is encouraged, except for our banquet on Thursday (jacket and tie optional).

Don't forget to bring a school shirt for the annual t-shirt exchange. This annual tradition only works if a) every attendee brings a shirt, and b) the shirt is one that could fit you. Bring your shirt to the opening reception at Shuman Hall, as we will begin our conference with the exchange.
Cancellations must be made in writing by 5:00 PM EST, via fax at (845) 727-4127 or via e-mail at [email protected]. Refer to the following dates for refund deadlines. Name changes from the same institution are permitted at any time.
If we receive your cancellation:
- At least three weeks before conference start date - You will receive a full refund.
- Between one to two weeks before conference start date - You will be refunded your registration fee less a $60 processing fee.
- One week before conference start date -You will not receive a refund.
- "No-shows" - You will not receive a refund.
