COLLEGE OF BIBLE AND CHRISTIAN MINISTRY

Welcome from Associate Dean Frank Chan
Growing up on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, a ten minute walk from our campus at 361 Broadway, I have always known the greatness of the spiritual needs in New York City and the larger metropolitan area. But in my heart I am convinced that great spiritual vitality, equal to the level of need, can be released as Christian workers rise up, obtain quality training, and take their places of leadership, both here and in other strategic places around the world. This is the vision that I and my colleagues at Nyack live for!

I am therefore grateful to be a part of what I consider to be the premier accredited undergraduate program of theological, ministerial and crosscultural training in metro New York. Every semester, on our two campuses, the College of Bible and Christian Ministry offers over one hundred courses in Bible, Theology, Greek, Hebrew, Latin, Pastoral Ministry, Youth Ministry, Christian Education and Intercultural Studies, servicing over 250 majors and the general student population.  Our fifteen full-time professors, missionaries-in-residence, and large company of adjunct professors are committed to ministering to the heart as well as the mind and to equipping our students to take the “whole gospel to the whole world.”

You are welcome to tour our website and learn more about us. Feel free to contact me at frank.chan@nyack.edu.
