Nyack alum, Seth Franco, will be one of several headliners at a youth event, Battlecry: Recreate, February 8-9 at the IZOD Center (formerly Continental Airlines Arena) in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

The roster of Christian bands and speakers include Teen Mania Ministries founder, Ron Luce, along with T.D. Jakes, Pastor A.R. Bernard, Nicky Cruz, Kirk Franklin, The David Crowder Band, Cross Movement, Tye Tribbett, El Trio de Hoy and more. The purpose of the two days of power packed messages and music is to urge youth to recreate culture by living a Christ-centered lifestyle. This Greater New York area event will also offer special sessions for senior pastors, youth leaders, parents and mentors.

In 2003 Seth Franco became the second Caucasian basketball player to perform with the world-renowned Harlem Globetrotters since 1942. His itinerary includes speaking engagements for Fellowship of Christian Athletes (F.C.A.) Upward Basketball, Youth With A Mission (Y.W.A.M.), Impact World Tour Youth For Christ, and Trinity Broadcasting Network's "Praise the Lord" show.
