Nyack Students Among Top Three Presenters at Biology Conference

Four Nyack College biology majors, (l-r) Emily Barner, Katherine Oldfield, HwaSoo Ryoo and Kuan Chiu, recently placed third in a competition for best poster in the environmental/ecology category at the Metropolitan Association of College and University Biologists's (MACUB) 49th Annual Conference.This year's event was held at SUNY Old Westbury on Long Island's north shore.

MACUB is a professional organization for biologists in the New York-New Jersey-Connecticut Metropolitan region whose purpose is "to stimulate dialogue among college and university biologists and provide members with a forum to present the results of their scientific and educational research."
