Emerging Leaders Dinner Hosted by Nyack's School of Social Work

Nyack’s School of Social Work will host a monthly “Emerging Leaders Dinner” during the spring semester on the Nyack New York City campus at 2 Washington Street, Room 2130 in Battery Park. The next event takes place on Wednesday, February 17 from 6:00-8:00 p.m.  These forums are developed by Manhattan-based Praxis Connections, LLC, an organization that connects “leaders, strategies, and resources.” Each will fe dinneratured guest speakers and create an opportunity for leaders in the city to meet and dialogue. The forums are designed to support emerging leaders in their understanding of leadership, approaches for collaboration, justice, and mercy in New York City.

The February 17 dinner will feature community leader Pastor Gilford Monrose and founder of Brooklyn Center of Quality Life. The 2004 Nyack College alumnus will share about his leadership journey and how he has built a collaborative moment of justice and mercy. Learn more about Pastor Monrose here.
