Charles Galbreath, a 2015 C&MA Council Speaker

Pastor Charles Galbreath, alumnus of Nyack College/Alliance Theological Seminary, was among the dynamic speakers at The Christian and Missionary Alliance’s biannual General Council in Long Beach, California May 26-31. Pastor Galbreath was the speaker on Friday, May 29. 

The senior pastor of Clarendon Road Church (CRC) in Brooklyn, NY, earned his Nyack College bachelor’s degree magna cum laude (’06). He also holds graduate degrees in Divinity and Theology from Alliance Theological Seminary and Princeton Theological Seminary. In 2011, Pastor Charles was awarded the Young Alumnus of the Year Award during Nyack’s Homecoming Weekend.

Still connected to his alma mater, Pastor Charles serves as the Field Education Director at Alliance Theological Seminary in Manhattan and as an adjunct professor in the Pastoral Ministry Department of Nyack College on the Rockland County campus in Nyack, NY. He is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the 67th Precinct Clergy Council, the District Executive Committee for the Metropolitan District of the C&MA, and has served as Co-Chair of the 45th District Committee in Brooklyn, NY.

Charles is married to his college sweetheart Flobien Vidal Galbreath. Together they are the proud parents of their son, Charles Oliver Galbreath, Jr. (C.J.) and a daughter, Malia Marie Galbreath.
