ACL Student Research Award Winner

Mrs. Linda Poston, dean of library services at Nyack College, recently announced that Pamela Code is  the 2015 winner of the Association of Christian Librarians (ACL) student research award for her paper, “Clothed in Righteousness? Examining the Ethics Behind Clothing Donations.” As the recipient of the award, she has received a monetary gift, a letter, and a certificate from the Association of Christian Librarians, and may be highlighted on the ACL website and in the journal “The Christian Librarian.”

Dean Poston applauded this year’s winner as being “a strong critical thinker, particularly passionate about applied learning and the practical implications of knowledge and stays up-to-date on current events relevant to course work and research interests. She has co-written and co-presented two papers at academic conferences.”
