6 Goal Performance by Men's Soccer Leads Men to Victory on Senior Day
Men's Soccer
Nyack, NY - The men's soccer team came up with their most decisive win of the season in today's senior 6-0 victory over Goldey-Beacom. The win takes the men's soccer team to 7-6-2 and 4-3-2 in conference play. With two games remaining the men currently sit in 6th place in the CACC standings.

The Warriors would add two goals in the first half of play, the first off a string of passes that found the foot of Maxi Fuchs in position to capitalize on a scoring opportunity which gave Nyack a 1-0 lead in the 18th minute. Fuchs would also factor in the Warriors second goal, when he sent a corner kick in the 31st minute which found the head of Felix Horn.

The Warriors final 4 goals of the match would come with just fifteen minutes to play in the contest. Felix Horn tallied his 2nd goal of the match from another Fuch's corner kick in the 79th minute to make the score 3-0. Nyack's 4th goal would come less then 2 minutes later, when senior Mikey Robinson sent a crossing past that found the CACC's leading scorer Marco Likos, who buried a shot to make the score 4-0. Likos would score again in less than 3 minutes time, when Alex Schmidt found his fellow countryman with a pass inside the box. Nyack's final goal was a milestone for Justin Gabriele, who notched the first goal of his collegiate career to make the score 6-0.

The Warriors return to action this Wednesday when they host Felician College at 3 P.M.
