Nyack, NY - Nyack College head men's soccer coach Keith Davie has announced the signing of Bobby Caskran to a National Letter of Intent. Caskran is a 5'8" outside midfielder from Valrico, Florida where he played for Bloomingdale High School under head coach Sam Isahar. He has been a member of the varsity team since his freshman year. In his first year the team was ranked as the #1 team in the country.
Coach Davie is excited about adding this quality player to the mix, "I am happy to have Bobby who can play a very versatile role on next year's team. The Warrior Men's Soccer team will greet him with open arms," stated Davie.
Bobby was also a key member of the Brandon Flames club team, which he played on for the past ten years. In the 2005-2006 season the Flames advanced to the Final Four. Also in 2005 he was selected for Region C to the Olympic Development Program (ODP). "I am looking forward to four great years at Nyack College and joining a new team. I hope my strengths as a person and my skills as a player both compliment and strengthen the team," stated Caskran.
