Baseball Falls 5-4 to Franklin Pierce

Lake Worth, FL- The men's baseball team was defeated by nationally ranked Franklin Pierce University by a score of 5-4. The Warriors fall to 1-8 on the season.
The Ravens would use a 3 run 7th to overtake a 4-2 Warrior lead and would keep the Nyack offense from scoring in the final 3 frames before winning 5-4. Kevin Earlie posted another strong start for the Warriors, holding Franklin Pierce to just 4 hits and 3 earned runs in six innings. Nyack would post a season high 12 hits in the loss. Mike Frank would finish the day 4 for 4, and PJ Rodriguez, Luis Caceres, and Pierre Crespo each went 2 for 4.
Nyack returns to action this Wednesday when they take on Adelphi University at 1030 AM.
