Through an academically rigorous, interdisciplinary curriculum adult students in the Organizational Management program will be able to:
Socially Relevant: Demonstrate the ability to use a multi-disciplinary approach to understanding organizations. Understand the process of how to bring about positive change and growth within organizations.
Academically Excellent: Demonstrate foundational skills in the use of technology, communication, and research as it related to scholarship. Develop analytical and critical thinking skills as tools for problem solving in the workplace.
Globally Engaged: Demonstrate fluency in using ethical theories as a framework for positioning organizations as responsible, global citizens.
Intentionally Diverse: Demonstrate the ability to utilize diverse perspectives as a means to solving problems and initiating change within an organizational context.
Personally Transforming: Develop processes in which to assess and promote personal growth, development and life-long learning.

How do I apply, pay for and enroll in the program?
Admissions Counselors are available to guide you through the application process. Attend an upcoming Information Session or e-mail or call (800-876-9225) to speak with an Admissions Counselor.
All individuals enrolled in this program are considered full-time students and are eligible for Financial Aid.
Once the admissions/payment process is completed, students are automatically registered in the appropriate courses and assigned to cohort groups that remain together throughout the program. Cohorts begin at various times throughout the calendar year.
