The Appeal form must be filled out in detail and sent back to the Appeals Committee via fax: 845-368-6429 or by mailing it to Nyack College, Appeals Committee, 1 South Blvd, Nyack, NY 10960. All appeals must be made in writing via the Appeal form. Please include complete contact information on the form. Someone will contact you in regards to your appeal. Please note that the decision of the Appeals Committee is final.
