Application Procedures and Downloads
1. Attend an Organizational Management Information Session or contact one of our admissions counselors.
 
2. Complete the one-page Application for Admission OR APPLY NOW ONLINE
 
3. Answer the question on the Writing Sample
 
4. Print the Professional Recommendation to be completed by someone (other than a family member) who can verify your commitment and ability to complete your degree. 
 
5. Fill out an Immunization Record Form.
 
6. Computer Literacy – Students in the Organizational Management program will use an online environment for a portion of their learning; there are certain technology skills students need to have in order to succeed.  Students need to be competent in:
  • sending and receiving e-mails
  • opening or sending an e-mail attachment
  • searching the Internet
  • using Microsoft Word
  • downloading files
 
7. Request to have your Official Transcripts sent directly from all colleges you attended to the following address. (International transcripts must be submitted to World Education Services).

8.  Complete the Work and Life Experience Summary (PDF).
  

9.  Submit proof of high school graduation or equivalent (not required for students who have an associate's degree).
