Nyack - Christian College Seminary Graduate Schools in NY and NYC

School of Nursing
Welcome from the Director
Nyack's core values were penned and adopted within the last decade but the legacy of these values began at its founding more than 127 years ago. Our core value of social relevance is defined as an objective to prepare students to serve in ministerial, educational, healing and community-building professions.

Our nation stands on the brink of a predicted shortage in nurses and the need for thousands of new nurses by 2012, according to the U.S. Bureau of Statistics. Nyack College rises to meet that need by offering the new Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. Factors that the field of nursing faces include an aging U.S. population, a high demand for quality care, and an existing RN workforce that is approaching retirement age. You can be a part of the solution to this problem.

Explore this exciting new undergraduate degree program at Nyack that will lead to opportunities in a wide variety of healthcare settings. Whether you decide on working in a hospital, a health clinic, a school, in medical missions work abroad, or as an educator, you’ll find a strong foundation available to you at Nyack College.
